Normal web hosting account is for a single domain. Reseller account can support multiple domains inside the same account. Each domain setup will only need to pay a one time setup fees. Reseller account fees does not increase with increase of domains hosted, but reseller domains will be using the reseller's space and will be limited by the reseller plan's purchased.
