I can login to FTP but I see only a blank directory and nothing else.

| If you can successfully login but see nothing or an empty directory, this is normally due to your firewall setting, either in your own computer or at the network level. Try toggling between Active and Passive mode FTP transfers. For eg if you are using Active mode, change to Passive mode or vice versa. | |
