Why am I getting Server Response: '554 : Recipient address rejected: Relay access denied'

Our email systems require authentication in the form of "POP before SMTP" meaning you will need first to retrieve your emails inside your account. During the retrieval, your SMTP is authenticated and allow you to send for a certain period of say 45 minutes before you need to authenticate again. Protocol: SMTP, "Server Response: '554 : Recipient address rejected: Relay access denied' " means that the SMTP is not yet authenticated. Trying retrieving email and send again.
