I am your hosting client, I do not have technical person in my office, can you send someone down to help me for free?

8 to Infinity would love to help anyone , anywhere, we even hope to give food to every starving human being. Give shelter to all homeless strays and a lot more. But being a small company, our resources are limited. We cannot help beyond ensuring that our services are running. Also it is no use alleging that our services are down so as to pressure us to send our technicians down to help you for free. Our staff will check your hosting using third party lines to ensure it is working. And our staff decisions are final. We do maintain a list of freelance technicians to help you with your personal computer problems, do give us a call to have a suitable person to attend to you. But they will charge accordingly. | |
