If you have this error when sending email :

"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'SMTP Server', Server: 'Server Name', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"

This means that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be blocking the SMTP port which is Port 25. You will need to ensure that Port 25 is not blocked to send emails. For such circumstances, it will be easier to use your ISP SMTP server to send out emails and to use our email servers to receive emails.
