The emails in the Webmail seems gone after I use Outlook to read my emails?

| When you use Outlook, the default action is to retrieve the emails from the server without keeping a copy, therefore the emails in your webmail is downloaded and appeared to be gone. But in actual fact it is downloaded by Outlook into your computer. To use both webmail and Outlook, ensuring that the emails in the webmail exist evening after using Outlook, Outlook has a function to allow you to choose to keep your emails in the server. | |
